It’s worth noting that WinRed, the Republican equivalent of ActBlue, was sued by multiple states for automatically enrolling users into recurring donations without disclosing that.

Trump just signed an executive memorandum aimed at investigating ActBlue, the leading Democratic fundraising platform.
The memo directs the AG to look into alleged foreign contributions made on the platform to U.S. elections.
