After years of seeing Social Security taken out of my paychecks at levels that almost equaled my taxes, I'm not a fraud because I'm now receiving Social Security Disability. SSA was solvent til congress got it's hands on the purse strings. You want to investigate something start with Congress.

I lost that faith in 2000 after the stunt pulled by the Supreme Court.
The decisive test of our society in my lifetime was the 2024 election and our failure was spectacular and total. I will never again have any faith in the American electorate to do the obviously right thing.

Today I’m thankful for my children. They are our legacy and are precious to me beyond mere words.
With the loss this year of my young wife, who was only 44, it has brought into focus how precious is the very short time we have with our loved ones.
Take a moment and hug them. 😄
