Good turnout to the labor day rally in Lancaster PA.

Workers, let's get organized! Join or form a labor union. We also need tenant unions to confront the awful landlords.
Talk to your coworkers and neighbors who are renting too.

Great job to PSL and the other organizations in the coalition that made this rally possible.

“I never imagined that I would see a protest this big in Philipsburg.” Protests outside the massive Moshannon Valley ICE detention center have drawn hundreds of people, and divided a town where ICE is the largest employer. From @mikeelk.bsky.social‬: trib.al/beu56XB

Feds got their tires popped in Huntington Park. Hate to see it. Definitely don’t want to see more of it.
Greetings! I’m at the Huntington Park Library in Los Angeles, where a group of federal police officers that received flat tires during a confrontation with the community have parked. They are doing road repairs currently. Activists are beginning to arrive quickly from the community.

Watching librarians at ALA *cross a picket* for hotel workers that other librarians were at in solidarity showed me exactly the extent to which our profession is fucked in terms of class consciousness.

1 of my friends is looking for nonfiction book recommendations for her daughter in a 3rd-4th grade reading level, specifically mexican history & native american colonization — does anyone know of any good books/authors for that age range? books on history in general are appreciated too! #booktok

This Saturday we will don our keffiyehs, put on our masks, and wear red to show our solidarity and to engage in struggle together. The only force in our society that can beat the authoritarian takeover of our country is not the Democratic party, but a united, multinational working class movement.

Fantastic time at the #MARAC Harrisburg Conference. Great sessions, made some new connections, and on the 2nd night sat in the hotel restaurant at a table next to Bernie Sanders. No photo evidence, he didn't want to be bothered.

Join thousands of others who are also demanding change! Be sure to network because when the rally is over that doesn't mean our work is done - we got to organize in our communities and build up our collective power.

Another issue showing how companies try to profit every possible way they can. This is a good development.
It's likely only a matter of time before they find a workaround, like making parts more expensive to make up that $ difference.
This economic system is garbo and needs to go.
Right-to-repair legislation has now been introduced in all 50 states.

The movement to require companies to make their products repairable and give people the tools to do repair work is immensely popular across the country.

All 50 States Have Now Introduced Right to Repair Legislation
The legislation hasn't yet passed everywhere, but all 50 states introducing some form of right to repair legislation is a "tipping point” for the right to repair movement.
