That said, if ABC can come to an agreement with Kimmel over an appropriate response, Disney could, in theory, decide to just live with Nexstar and Sinclair boycotting Kim-mel's show. While it would mean some loss of ad revenue, it's not as if late night is a giant profit center for networks; just the opposite.
This isn't 1995, or even 2005, where a Kimmel blackout in, say, 20 percent of the country would be a financial disaster. Much of Kim-mel's viewership now takes place on YouTube and Hulu. Disney could even go with a nuclear option and just make Jimmy Kimmel Live! a Hulu exclusive and let affiliates fill the hour with local news. CBS's decision to cancel The Late Shore With Stephen Colbert at the end of this season makes such a move even less risky, since it's not as if ABC would be the lone big-three network without a late-night show.

Two weeks have passed since a Florida Highway Patrol officer arrested the Honduran immigrant client of Magdalena Cuprys of Cuprys & Associates. “He was stopped at a weigh station in Tampa because he owns a construction company, and he was required to stop for his truck to be weighed,” Cuprys told me. “The client had a valid Florida driver’s license. The patrol officer called Customs and Border Protection on him. The client called me, and the officer took the phone from him and spoke with me.”

She asked why CBP was alerted. “I was advised that the client looked Hispanic, had a Hispanic name, and now they are collaborating with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and CBP, and their orders are to call CBP any time they encounter anyone they suspect is an immigrant,” said Cuprys. “I asked if they would have followed the same process if it had been me driving, and the response was it depends if you look Hispanic.”

Nintendo needs to port more of their older games at affordable prices. If I could play Zelda: Twilight Princess at Switch 1 level graphics on the Switch 2, I'd consider buying it. They have done a few:

I’m horrified by the murder of two Israeli embassy staffers at an event in DC last night.

The fact that the gunman said he did it to “free Palestine” makes me nauseous. Murdering people for their nationality is never acceptable and this violence hurts Jews, Israelis, *and* Palestinians.

What these people don't understand is that FOREIGN CONSUMERS still won't buy American made goods if they're more expensive in their countries.

Like, these tariffs make our products even more expensive in, say Brazil or Australia.

So, Lutnik is wrong for acting like only American consumers matter.
