Watching through Andor for the first time and my only complaint is a lack of non-humans! Maybe this is because I read the books as a kid, but there was always a stark difference between the empire with humans exclusively in the high ranks while the rebellion has non-human leaders.

If you're using AI to write essays, eulogies, a text to your wife, I do think less of you as a person. Ceding your mental and creative abilities to a machine is an embarrassing thing and people should be ashamed to admit doing it in public.

I’m late to so much great media from the last few years (blame grad school). This week, I’m finally getting into Andor. What a show. I wouldn’t have expected a show about the day-to-day drudgery of life under fascism to feel like such a fulfilling escape, but here we are.

I finally watched Sinners. I'd heard a lot of great things about it so I went in with high expectations and was still blown away. Just a couple of hours of Coogler absolutely showing off.

On a recent podcast Gavin Newsom tells Shawn Ryan how the Trans sports issue opened the door for him to change his mind on GAC for Trans Youth.
As someone who adored him since 2004 and voted for him 5 times, I can't wait for him to leave office.
There is no way I will be voting for him a 6th time.

Death Stranding 2 is so good. More of the same from the first, which is excellent. Maybe a bit too easy? I don’t know, I’m many hours in but it still feels early on.
