This is so harmful. In places hostile to #LGBTQ folks (aka anywhere and increasingly everywhere), online spaces are our main source of information and community. This is unacceptable.
When teen users attempted to search LGBTQ terms they were shown a blank page. Posts with LGBTQ+ hashtags including #lesbian, #bisexual, #gay, #trans, #queer, #nonbinary, #pansexial, #transwomen, #Tgirlsarebeautiful, #bisexualpride, #lesbianpride, and dozens of others were blocked.

I am having the best time running around Kansas City, where every other person is in soccer gear, anyone is down to chat, and 100% of people I’ve met are aware of and excited for the game #NWSL
