Minnesota has a single federal judicial district, so you'd be drawing people from the metro but also from greater Minnesota, and let me tell you, we have at least our share of extremely racist, hateful dirtbags out here.

And of course a significant chunk of what has been collected is not going to be returned just because those who paid it will not try, so if they can't easily return everything that's asked for back it's going to be very obvious that money was spent.
