Today, my heart is with the Pretti family, the Good family, the people of Minnesota, and local law enforcement working to keep them safe.

These atrocities should not happen anywhere in the world, let alone in the United States of America.

The ICE officers who engaged in this violence are not immune. No one is above the law—their actions must be independently investigated. It is also clear that Kristi Noem is responsible for this pattern of brutality and death and should be fired immediately or resign in disgrace.

ICE must immediately stop their militarization and terror on the streets of Minneapolis.

This week, I demanded that the CEO of UnitedHealth change their business model that puts profits over the health and well-being of patients.
