Lisa Murkowski is a coward. Imagine telling a bunch of donors that you're scared to speak out because of retaliation? Is that just another way of saying, "keep sending me money. I won't fight this." What retaliation are you afraid of?

Honestly, if I'm a Democratic governor and armed, masked feds start abducting my law-abiding residents, I would consider mobilizing National Guard units to provide security on campuses and elsewhere.

If the CR passes the Senate, we should just disband the legislative branch and elect a new one. They will have willingly written themselves out of the government, so what’s the point in paying them to do nothing?
