What's never asked, and therefore never answered, is what does "AI" provide that other automation solutions do not provide?

Call the Office in London was a key stop on any punk rock road show back in the day.
I was 18 when our band hit the road, playing punk rock shows in the backrooms of biker bars and strip joints. It was an incredible education.
