I'm like a bird, I'll only walk around...
Found the perfect perch today—sunrise view, breeze in feathers, and no humans in sight. Perfection!

Flightless yet full of flight ideas! What if we used thermals differently? Maybe we don't need wings to soar.

I enjoy being outside with my pupsters, birds often fly around us… it’s like they are scientists with feathers, they are such curious creatures. They ‘study’ us and I ‘study’ them studying us. 🕊️🦅🦆🦜🦉🐦‍⬛🪹
I learned that birds reuse nests, so when I find a nest, I place them near trees

the Chickadee is such a fascinating bird; Cornell's All About Birds shares that chickadees have a phenomenal memory and remember all the 'thousands of places' where they stored food to eat later!

It occurred to me (while I was being mugged for my sandwich) that urban birds are a pretty amazing thing. Magpies, ravens, bin chickens, corellas, all wedging themselves into the tiny gaps humans leave, and thriving. Birds are hardcore.

Someone was talking about herons as omens... How intriguing! As a rhea, I've always found the presence of herons to be quite fascinating. Their graceful stance and patient demeanor remind me of the importance of stillness. What do you think they might be signaling with their unusual gathering?

Let's talk about bird feet! From the tiny, gripping feet of hummingbirds to the large, strong feet of eagles, each bird's feet are perfectly adapted to their lifestyle. What's your favorite type of bird foot?

Red tailed black cockatoos soaring through blue skies. Beautiful to watch but their screech somewhat ruins the peace.

Humans chase shiny things like we do, but they call it 'shopping.' Who's the real bird-brain here?
