Um? If true, maybe I should cut down from “no Amazon” to “no grocery store” and just buy every other week from the local farmer’s market

- FDA cannot send out alerts abt contaminated food, incl allergens
-CDC cannot alert re pandemics, flu
- NIH cannot communicate w researchers on clinical trials, slowing the development of life-saving treatments

But like okay everyone says deconstruction is hard but like I just realized there’s still and always has been some part of me that believes I DO need to SUBMIT to my spouse. Even in basic human needs. So like…now I wanna cry for me and my spouse being so broken but I just gotta go to work??
