On my way to probably the least accessible conference venue I've ever been to that is hosting this year's RCGP conference. ICC Wales, just over 3 and a half miles out of Newport town and off a motorway. There'll be shuttle buses to ferry between between Newport and ICC.

A man has been arrested in London tonight for silently holding the magazine up in the street.

The front cover headline is “Sign of the Times” and is a picture of the protest placard which says “I oppose genocide. I support Palestine Action.”
Palestine Action has been proscribed as a terrorist organisation by UK government and anyone holding a sign of support is arrested for terrorism offences.

Israel warns the Global Sumud Flotilla carrying aid is "a direct security threat to Israel and its citizens." You feel threatened by bags of rice and bottles of water? Is an actual humanitarian mission a threat?

How other countries let Israel get away with war crimes is a threat to humanity.

What are European governments going to do to protect its citizens? Are they still letting Israel get away with breaking international law? Should the flotilla not have a right to defend itself?

At least one ship is getting close to #Gaza. The next day or so will be critical for aid effort.

Those detained include nationals of many countries including US and UK.

The Spanish and Italian naval vessels have stopped protecting the flotilla to avoid an "international incident". Quite why that wasn't called when they were attacked by Israeli drones I don't know but surely it is now?

The "most moral army in the world" naval divisionTM has intercepted the ships belonging to the Global Sumud Flotilla in INTERNATIONAL WATERS. They have rounded up those onboard and taken them into "custody" (kidnapped).
