These Canada Geese were #CaughtInMotion in the Blackwater Wildlife Refuge for #BirdOfTheDay. They love the wetlands there as a stopover on their way south.

We spent the day walking around the wetlands in the #BlackwaterNationalWildlifeRefuge and w were blessed with this close up look at 2 #baldeagles perched on an observation stand. What spectacular #birds!

genAI is STOLEN WORK. Using genAI in *any* capacity is trafficking in stolen work, supporting the plunder. Period. These facts aren't even denied by the AI companies, they just find ways to make that plunder seem benevolent. Using their product enables that lie. Stop enabling the theft of our work.

Sometimes unusual things catch my eye. I saw this milkweed burst open with its white silks and seeds waiting to float away on the wind. Reminded me of small starbursts or tiny fireworks going off.

If you're seeing this post and you are an aspiring artist know this..I grew up in a trailer in rural Virginia. My mom was disabled. We had very little money
