Waar ik mij aan stoor is het feit dat Rusland in de publieke perceptie gezien wordt als een grote mogendheid die op gelijke voet staat met China en de VS en dat de collectieve Europese landen gezien worden als onbeduidende spelers, dat is gewoon niet zo; het omgekeerde is het geval.
