What I’m not seeing about the Medicare/Medicaid cuts: a lot of estate planning shifts assets so these program pick up nursing home charges. If that goes away, who pays for the nursing home care? You may want to see if you live in a jurisdiction with filial responsibility laws. Just sayin.
