Note the FBI agents were gathering info on the J6 stuff in 2023, two years after events. Waiting so long absolutely cooked us.

I had afternoon car rider duty for 7 years at the old middle school I taught at. I saw it 2017-2024. The last 3 years were an utter nightmare trying to convince parents we had a system thay was meant to expedite the process AND keep every child safe. The amount of arguments I had w/ parents was nuts

If a federal judge, appointed by Trump, can call him “simply untethered to facts,” our White House press corps can as well.

In sum, the President is certainly entitled "a great level of deference," Newsom II, 141
F.4th at 1048, in his determination that he "is unable with the regular forces to execute the laws
of the United States." 10 U.S.C. § 12406(3). But "a great level of deference" is not equivalent to
ignoring the facts on the ground. As the Ninth Circuit articulated, courts must "review the
President's determination to ensure that it reflects a colorable assessment of the facts and law

within a 'range of honest judgment.'" Id. at 1051 (quoting Sterling, 278 U.S. at 399). Here, this
Court concludes that the President did not have a "colorable basis" to invoke § 12406(3) to
federalize the National Guard because the situation on the ground belied an inability of federal
law enforcement officers to execute federal law. Id. at 1051-52. The President's determination
was simply untethered to the facts.

There’s a fun bit when the Muslim Arab army shows up and are like “We worship the God of Abraham but don’t believe in the divinity of Jesus” all the local Palestinians (mostly Eastern Christians at that point) are like, “So you’re Jewish?”

I teach and live in Jackson, MS. He was integral in keeping the peace and preventing Mississippi state troopers from attacking demonstrators during and after Medgar Evers' funeral. My students see clips of him all the time, so this sounds so cool!

Dems: Okay, we've figured out a revenue neutral tax reform that will ensure no American between the ages of 20 and 40 pays more than 7% of their salary for child care.

But for some reason, our media doesn't want to talk about it like that. Our political class, which considers things like "if you like your insurance you can keep it" to be five-alarm whoppers, acts like Trump has a mandate for Project 2025 and it must be respected.

Again: it polled at FOUR PERCENT.
