We as sommelier booed them outta the room
It’s disappointing to see a government tasting board use them

To take away one of the 3, serves no purpose
And
Relies too heavily on the last 2, smell & taste
Blind tasting is a deductive game
Taking away 30% of the info handicaps the participants
