Talent isn't rare. Throw an apple & you hit someone with talent. Perseverance? rare. Work ethic? exceedingly rare; the willingness to grind. Being able to endure the scorn, rejection & privation a life in the arts dooms you to in the United States is unicorn-scarce. But talent? Talent is everywhere.

Room parties/hang outs are some of the most dangerous events for COVID transmission. They're often in very small spaces and feel socially safe, so people are more likely to be lax. Mask up as group, hang outside—think of safer small group events.
A reminder for anyone going to Gen Con next week:
Please MASK on the plane there, in the convention, in bars, restaurants, anywhere that isn't well ventilated!!!

Travel air purifiers are $10 off on Amazon for their Prime week (about $30 total). I would normally not recommend Amazon, but air purifiers are essential convention safety gear. They have protected me in the dealers den so many times.
