It would take a two-word amendment to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 to subject ICE agents and other federal law enforcement officers to the same liability for constitutional violations that local and state officers currently face.
If Congress actually cared about what it's seeing, it could pass that overnight.

Civil rights division refused to investigate while FBI looks to blame the victim? I don’t care what group she was part of. She was murdered. Plain and simple. In broad daylight by a man who was angry who shouldn’t ever be allowed to carry a gun again or own a gun. No ability to self regulate.
A thorough investigation is being conducted of the deceased victim while the killer was exonerated by Noem before her body was cold.
