Gentle reminder that most disabled people can NOT leave the United States. Countries don’t want to take in disabled, chronically ill and “high cost health users”. There are serious financial barriers to moving - leaving most people behind.

Moving in the middle of all this *gestures wildly at the world* has been excruciating. You do a bunch of labor, sit down to catch your breath and scroll a little bit, only to have it stolen away by an absurd amount of grief 🫠 The horrors persist but so do we, I guess

The revolution may need violence. That is a possibility.

But it also needs healers.
It needs gardeners.
It needs leaders.
It needs managers.
It needs cooks.
It needs farmers.
It needs tailors.
It needs educators.
It needs journalists.
It needs artists.
It needs builders.

You are not useless.
