Trump was banned from social media in 2021 after the J6 riot, with platforms citing his posts as risks for inciting violence. He later sued and settled for nearly $60M combined. Now he says “we took the freedom of speech away” for inciting riots. It has nothing to do with riots.

I remember taking cross country road trips and my parents would stop for lunch or dinner at a local restaurant in downtown WhereverWeHappenedToBe. Dad would always order the Blue Plate Special without looking at the menu. Chains like McDonald's were popping up but Dad always avoided them.

This country would be a lot better off if we didn’t have chain stores and fast food and instead had mom and pop businesses that kept money in a community and gave every town and city its own unique flare. But every city looks like the next and all the money goes to Wall Street banks.
