Private Norman McBean, born Feb 1, 1896 in Fernie, Alberta (Natal). Grew up in Lethbridge. Enlisted at Camp Vernon.
Killed near Vimy Ridge in April of 1917. Only 21 years old. Buried at Arras Rd Cemetery which is a Canadian/Commonwealth War cemetery near Vimy.
