It was close for me. We were driving to Louisiana and were in Bastrop when I realized I didn’t pack a dog leash. We almost turned into the Wal-Mart but I remembered it was ground zero of the great Obama round up. I shudder to think what could have happened if I didn’t remember in time.

There’s also a large amount of work that shows politicians tend to think the public is more conservative than it is… not just here but in Europe too. The public is more in step with Democratic policies too.
