Oh, the very first time I had a sparkling water and was like wait? I like this?
It was S. Pellegrino in the glass bottle
It’s not super carbonated and almost mild tasting, if that makes sense?

I literally put the lemon wedge in the glass. NO SQUEEZING! And pour the sparkling water over it. I let the bubbles do the work of extracting the lemon flavor
(And the quality of the sparkling water matters. I hate admitting this 😒)
