Oh, I messed up all the numbers. So this will be movie 9 (not 8). Another first-watch for me. A British horror revenge flick, called Truth or Dare (2012).

#31DaysOfHalloween Movie 7 is Haunt Season, which I assumed was a sequel to Haunt (2019), but it definitely isn't. Haunt Season (2024) is more low budget indie, and not as nasty. It also fleshes out the 'final girl' more in terms of character, & there's also a nudist dude who flaps about for 10mins.

In the 90s, I did a load of catering (read: washing up) jobs via an agency. I was at a posh (white, male) golf course, & a complaint came from one of the members that a young black woman - a fellow temp - was "seen, visible" to members, outside of the kitchen. She was removed, & I quit. Fuck Jenrick
