By virtue of citizenship, any and all citizens of the U.S. are subject to the law and Constitution. Despite what the radical MAGA wing did, which was not Constitutional and largely as a result of owing Trump their jobs, the POTUS is not a super citizen above the law.

There is nowhere in the Constitution that says the president is not allowed to be prosecuted. The only immunity I recall is the Speech & Debate clause and that applies to Congress, not the president.
