I was talking to someone today about my fitness goals and where I’ve come vs. where I started. He looked at me then said that I inspired him and he hopes to hear more of my story in the future.
I don’t know why but that just happened to be the right thing I needed to hear at the right moment.

Someone who is involved in statistics, can you explain to me how you’re able to draw reasonable conclusions with a population of 74 ? I seen a poll from Leger360 regarding #cdnpoli and for Atlantic Canada they only had 74 people respond… how is this a reasonable population to draw conclusions from?
