We didn't get the EDWYN sign in Manchester. Presumably due to the heritage organ at the back of the stage. Much to the disappointment of my wife, who really wanted to get a picture of it for Our Edwyn. We were in a great place as well. Never mind.

The Greens requested an interview on the Laura Kuenssberg Show with Zack Polanski when he was elected leader, but were denied, with a promise to interview him during Green conference instead.

This was then scrapped citing the Manchester synagogue attack. Polanski is both Jewish and from Manchester

It was most definitely not a riot. It was most definitely not sieg heiling skinheads. It was violent, but not as violent as, say, (topically) Husker Du or Jesus and Mary Chain at Camden Electric Ballroom. Things seem much more under control these days.
