Please realize that this genre of misleading wish-fulfillment content does not help us. We shouldn't spread misinformation just because it makes us feel good. We need an accurate model of the world.

This is more difficult than you think.

Image AIs, if not restricted, can produce good photos of public figures because they're in the dataset. Random people are not. You can train a LoRa on someone's images, but that's difficult and requires technical skill.
