This is my Fourth of July post to remind y'all that we should always be fighting against people who empower hate and make shit harder for others in the process. I hope to be wrong but the next few years will likely be far crueler than it ever had to be.

I was at a punk show in 83 where a skinhead jumped up on stage and gave a Nazi salute.
The bass player hit him with his bass, knocking him into the crowd and 150 people collectively hauled his ass out of the venue and threw him in the mud.
This was the right and only appropriate response.

We had two pets (of three) pass away due to age within a month. I as well as the remaining pet (Reba the Basset ) was bummed. We found her a new sister this week. Her name is Dolly and they are getting along well so far.

Watched the Barbie Movie and Good Omens season 2 within the last two weeks and was proper gutted by them in a good way. They were both a reminder that Life is chaos, make it nice for yourself and others, but it’s not all on you.
