Okay, I've gotten a few text messages from some of my acquaintances, and I need to explain my few months of saying the things I do now. Apparently, they don't get it, and I will tell the world for them to see.

Sen. Mark Kelly on MS NOW: "I've had a missile blow up next to my airplane. I've been nearly shot down multiple times … My wife, Gabby Giffords, meeting with her constituents, shot in the head, six people killed around her … We know what political violence is.  And we know what causes it, too."

So let me get this straight…they’re trying to intimidate a high ranking combat veteran/pilot who flew over 30 combat missions…then became an astronaut to essentially ride a giant gas can into space, while supporting his wife‘s recovery as a victim of political violence AND then ran for Senate?

This is largely because companies increased prices on their non tariffed goods to offset not increasing prices as much on tariffed goods that would normally be required.

For example, this is why Microsoft did a global price increase, otherwise they'd have to charge almost $500 for a XBox Series S.
"The real tariffs companies pay have turned out to be lower than the headline figures. Companies paid about 12% of the value of their imports as tariffs in Oct.

That is about 10% higher than in Jan, but well below the most dramatic rates announced by the administration over the course of the year."

After teasing a plan to extend Affordable Care Act premium subsidies—currently on track to end within weeks—the White House has indefinitely delayed the announcement under pressure from congressional Republicans.
Even Trump wants to extend Obamacare tax credits—but Republicans stopped him
Tick, tock: the GOP is desperately trying to run out the clock on ACA subsidies.

Alaska vowed to resolve the murders of Indigenous people.

But when one nonprofit asked state law enforcement officials for a fundamental piece of data — a list of Indigenous murders they’d investigated — the state said no.

Alaska Vowed to Resolve Murders of Indigenous People. Now It Refuses to Provide Their Names.
When the nonprofit Data for Indigenous Justice filed public records requests with the Alaska Department of Public Safety concerning cases it had investigated, the state rejected them.

They haven’t even done a good job selling this completely unnecessary war. At least W held press conferences every day talking about how evil Saddam Hussein was and WMDs and all that. Slowly brainwashed everyone into Iraq. Not me, though. I could see what he was doing.

Illegitimate prosecution ended.
As it should be.
Now hopefully we can go back to never hearing from this blowhard ever again.

Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.

The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.
