According to the DfE the answer is them funding yet more DfE training. This seems to be the only 'answer' they ever come up with rather than actually looking at the wider picture. 🤦♀️

If you're not going to look at changing the system then you're not going to solve the issues because a lot of them are caused by the pressures in the system itself.
