The EU was created in by people who lived through WWII and saw political and economic integration as a means to bringing peace and stability to the continent.

It is being opposed by Putin, Musk and the others who support Neo Nazis in Europe.

It's amazing how fast Air Canada and CUPE came to a deal once CUPE refused to return to work, just shows Air Canada was banking on them being ordered back to work so they did not have to bargain in good faith

The thing about brinkmanship is that you can't put a hard pause on the intense anger and betrayal Canadians feel.

What Canadian in their right mind would choose an American product over a Canadian one after this? What value do any agreements or negotiations with the Americans have now?

"It is vital that Nazis, pedophiles and people threatening to rape your family to death because of how you vote are allowed to flourish in every public space in order to prevent echo chambers from forming." - The Globe & Mail, essentially

Your favourite coffee shop is now filled with people who constantly shout at you and purposely spill your drink. Here’s why it’s actually unethical to stop buying coffee there.
