More cleaning out.
One of my favorite dead magazines. Great writers, photographers and production. And @mikespin.bsky.social too!

Reskeet with a time you looked cool.

A reminder that 15 years ago, Toyota was using one of their lowest priced vehicles to promote their performance parts. The world needs more low cost race cars. I would love to daily this sucker.

Cleaning out some old files. I remember being at the PRI conference when the new B-Spec showroom stock series was announced w manufacturer involvement. Fairly low cost and the cars were cool. A couple of years later I was able to track one of the Mazdas at MMC. Seriously fun. I still want one!

Since Saab is in the news, it reminded me of this.

Back in 2010, when Saab showed off the new 2nd gen 9-5 sedan at Monticello Motor Club, the classic Sonetts (II and III) parked out front were far more interesting. At least to me.

Joy is seeing your kid enjoying driving your car as much as you do.

Love the Stratos! I included one in an animation I created a number of years ago for Larry Kosilla for a video he made on the difference between radar and laser speed enforcement.

Met this dude today. A 4-horn sheep is like a 6-wheel G-Wagen. Both bizarre and cool at the same time.

This might be the most awkward looking Bronco I've ever seen.

You can keep all the hypercars. This is all the performance car I need or want.

Based on these job suggestions, LinkedIn seems to have my number. Cars, beer and senior living, with a side helping of Judaism.

Anyone have a giant tennis racquet so I can whack this thing?

Good and weird spots on our last day in Florence. The R5 looks so good. The ZhiDou? Not so much.

Holy crap! A Reatta!

Kudos to the art director who selected the other vehicles for this Lexus NX TV spot.

First time seeing one of these. Owned by a Cashmere Goat farmer in Tuscany who is one of the most badass women I have ever met. She loves it. And it only cost 22k.

Our manual trans Seat Leon Estate rental car on the left. And a Cupra Leon Estate that happened to park next to us. Twins separated by birth.

The Leon drives great btw.

We stopped for lunch north of London in the lovely market town of Saffron Walden and saw my first Jaecoo J6.

Also, TIL there is a sub division of China’s Chery called Jaecoo.

As the weather begins to cool, and thoughts turn to...driveway plowing, who wouldn't love a Smart with a plow? Just needs some proper wheels and winter tires.

Since it's new Prelude day, here's a pic of my '83.

And don't @ me with the stock ride height comments. This pic was taken in 1984...
