I should state that I’m a moderate Republican. Why? Because I won’t let them push me out. Trump is bad but the roots of the party have good values just the same as the dems. We need 2 parties to balance the other’s excesses.

Just making sure everybody knows for those that need to blindly block.
America wasn’t under major tsunami warnings during the previous administration. Thanks Trump.

You know you’re at the Huntington Beach Ford dealership when they are playing Newsmax in the waiting room.

New: Chargers OC Greg Roman believes the sky is the limit for Joe Alt in year two.

"I think Joe Alt, you're gonna see a hands down All-Pro this year," Roman said. "I mean hands down. All-Pro. I can see it right now."

Chargers OC sends strong message about Joe Alt's upcoming 2025 season
The hype is real for Los Angeles Chargers offensive tackle Joe Alt as the former Notre Dame tackle heads into his second year in LA.

Now commemorating the end of World War II on May 8th? That’s the Soviet Russian stop date. The US and ANZACs continued to fight until August and the official surrender wasn’t until 9-2-45. Why disrespect the sacrifices in the Pacific? Kowtowing to the Soviet’s date is sad for our once proud nation.

Dept of Commerce/Census Bureau sends a letter to do the Annual Integrated Economic survey. Try to log in and it says the credentials are expired. Try to update and it sits and spins until it says it can’t do that right now.

Feels like Musk and friends are failing the whole efficiency thing.

Apparently Trump has a great desire to be awarded the Nobel peace prize. If that’s the case, he needs Zelensky as much as Ukraine needs US support. Zelensky should remind Trump of that. Hold that possibility out to Trump and ask who’s holding the cards now.

There was a time the statement semper fidelis was part of my daily life. But I think this is more correct now: Semper fidelis, sed rex fidem non reddit

The king loves our loyalty because it makes us useful and it pleases him even more because he feels no need to return it.

Why are Huntington Beach residents receiving emails from the city council asking why they signed a petition to stop privatizing library operations. Feels like an attempt to suppress civic participation they don’t like.

The deficits need to be fixed. Everybody knows it. But Trump/Musk going nuclear is horrific policy.

So, are the Dems playing 3D chess losing to Trump, then watch him recklessly slash and burn so they can pick and choose what to fix when they’re in power and look like saviors? Doubt it, but maybe?

I love how Trump and Musk are in Paris to party at the Notre Dame instead of commemorating the losses of brave American servicemen at Pearl Harbor.
Wonder if there’s even going to be a lame tweet about it.

@sumsung.bsky.social, I just bought a dishwasher from you to replace the LG junk that died on Thanksgiving, which is the 4th failure in 9 years. Hoping you can do better. Although the bar is already set pretty low by LG so I expect your equipment to far exceed theirs.

@nflbluesky.bsky.social Some of us already have flights into LA on the 21st but now the Chargers game we were going to see won’t happen on the 22nd. Flexing the same day is fine but a 3 day move can hose fans. Especially when the holidays have so many moving parts to fit together.

When he was 11 years old, Davin Vann witnessed his sister drown.

His path to finding peace has been nothing short of miraculous.

A journey toward forgiveness: Davin Vann has finally found himself years after his sister's death
Vann is the Wolfpack's senior leader -- a fan favorite, even. But this notoriety is something that has taken him years to accept.

Looks like this place is gaining interest compared to the old place. Would that mean X is now “legacy” media?
