New policy: people who come into my mentions to scold me for how I engage with bad-faith users are getting blocked. Y’all clearly are looking for a different online experience than the one I provide, so I’ll just help you along to it.

Our first project is a Litigant Portal, a people-first platform built to support self-represented litigants with guidance, forms, and e-filing tools.

Other areas we are looking at are tools for public defenders and the incarcerated.

This person is claiming that neither Alina Hanna nor Pat Bondi passed the bar exam. Both claims are false.

Sorry to be a broken record but it's nuts to me that the New York Times would write an entire article summarizing a court ruling and refuse to provide a link to said ruling. This is a disservice to readers. www.nytimes.com/2025/12/01/n...

Here's the ruling: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

Blocking the transmission of legislation is among the worst abuses of power by any Speaker in House history. It's become very common under Johnson.

Friend, even if he wasn't five years past the statute of limitations, he's barred by judicial estoppel. He chose his defendants already, and he lost. He only gets one bite at the apple.
I have a better idea for Vic. Maybe he should sue MarzGurl for being the cause of it all, instead of suing FUNimation/Crunchyroll, and have it set in a court in Virgina. It just might work. Or better yet, get her in jail. That's just my take. #IStandwithVic.

👀 when it comes to "harassment" and student protest, northwestern has given the trump administration what appears to be a veto over changes in policy: "Northwestern shall not revise or modify these policies and procedures without the consent of the Assistant Attorney General".

horrible.

If I open an article and the splash banner is AI slop, I close the tab. If you don't have the bare minimum of discernment to not do that, what else do you consider "good enough" to publish?
I don’t know if anyone else notices or cares, but when I see a presentation in which the speaker uses obviously generated-AI images to illustrate their slides, it makes me immediately less confident in whatever other content they’re presenting.

And it is SO much more resource-intensive to evaluate AI content than human-generated content, too.
It’s infuriating to me that I need to evaluate media to determine whether it’s AI generated now. The great “time saver” technology wastes incalculable time and energy for people who want to retain their grasp on reality

We are social creatures, what we engage with and socialize with we become.

The people who think they aren't vulnerable are the MOST susceptible because they are not going to notice warning signs and pull back.

They are not going to RECOGNIZE what they are normalizing to their own brains.

One day when I was on the corner waiting for my son’s preschool bus to drop him off, a teenage girl walking home (the high school and the preschool got out at the same time) waved at me and said “I love your ENTIRE look EVERY DAY!”
What is the best compliment you ever received? Putting aside whether or not you believed it.

I am ready to go beyond implication and say after reading the facts here that one of the most recognizable people working in the White House almost certainly had ICE arrest her nephew's mother as a favor to her brother
This article heavily implies that ICE is being used in a custody dispute to help Karoline Leavitt's brother get his son and have the mother locked up in ICE detention
"A woman with a family connection to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has been arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Revere, Massachusetts."
