Honestly, not much of this is news. They’ve been plate-switching for ages in L.A. (seen on video) & sometimes just go w/o plates on quick runs. They know we track them.

The patches are meh. Some of these ghouls really ARE volunteers from other agencies & wear whichever patch works best for the op.

I think it’s more likely that some of them are the FBI agents who got drafted to do this instead. They wear ICE/CBP patches during their basic terrorizing of everyday people, but also have the FBI ones in case those fit the situation better.
