HR Block did this. I didn't realize their assistant was an AI chatbot until I asked it a question about my taxes (in the past, asking it would provide useful articles and links), it suggested an option for me that, when I clicked it, it downgraded my entire account and deleted all of my progress.

A couple days ago, I fled home.
I have been dealing with a very difficult living situation due to my parents being emotionally abusive.
