Interestingly I had friends from Nepal. Their momos were a lot of work. We all helped out making. And they were amazing.
I agree that the sauce is key. Not sure I fully understand what makes it so nice. I think I remember a lovely creamy tomato sauce.

I really like Charminar Indian Cuisine. There are some in that area. It is very Indian. Not fancy but excellent food. This is a dish I get each time. Good dosa also. Butter chicken is excellent, and not something I usually find worth ordering. But I think not momos 🤷🏼♂️

It is in a plausible area and the menu looks ok, but I have a hard time knowing unless I can sniff around the place. Sorry.
