Finally. 36 years old. First asked by mental health crisis teams in 2013 to seek adhd diagnosis. Told preseatedly by psychiatrists I clearly exhibited this (but it had to go through the 7-year waiting list) Took me until 2025 to give up on the NHS proper and use right to choose. And sorted this year
