true. it was a widespread problem, not just a few companies. giving the executive branch the power to go after a few companies instead of making a law that applies to all companies is just bad lawmaking. trump for example would have greatly loved to use such a law to target Costco or something.

there are some dumb doctors but not because they are unintelligent. might as well say a bottom-ranking NBA star is bad at basketball because they are bottom of the class.
