Fatigue isn’t just physical in MS — it’s neurological.

Your brain is processing more data through damaged pathways.

That overload = exhaustion.

Just breathe slowly & deeply. Take it all in and let it go slowly. Most helpful for so many people.
A fog-clearing trick:

Stand up → roll your shoulders → inhale deeply → exhale slowly.

This increases oxygen + resets your sensory system.

Fog often lifts in under 60 seconds.

ENT moved another 2 months on. That's now almost 6 months waiting for a #dysphonia diagnosis! #MS side effects and conclusions are still waiting, I just want to be able to breathe and speak normally again!! It ain't much!! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤬
