Yeah, I tried really hard to follow how they were organising things but it's been impossible. It's anyone's guess about how it actually works. Glad to hear it got good support at the conference :)

Maybe they thought the Green party was serious about putting on a panto so decided to turn their conference into one?
November 30, 2025 at 6:41 PM
Is that for conference attendees? Online voting is still open.

Voting is open until 8am tomorrow. Who knows how and when they will announce results.

I reccomended it to someone I work with who would be brilliant, especially around disabiltiy and race issues as well, but unfortunately the EHRC does have a reputation that means it's not very appealing to the people who would be most suitable at the role unfortunately :/

And it's an active choice to degender trans people. Articles pussy foot around how they describe Rowling because she will sue and has more than enough money to make them suffer, but no one could sue over a newspaper using the correct pronouns for a trans person. They're doing it off their own back.

I included your work in training for NHS staff yesterday, really opened a lot of staff's eyes.

Option C, they agree with it and want to encourage more.

I mean, ghost writing is a thing, right? I'd donate to get it written, it's crazy how blatent the discrimination is!

After their backing of Phillipson I left and joined Unite. Good work, you're definitely needed there!

I appreciate the piece from @owenjones.bsky.social but it once again repeats that trans men will be forced into the women's when that isn't what the guidance says. The guidance says trans men aren't allowed to use the women's, either.

Why have there been plenty of individual events across the Midlands but nowhere in the Midlands held a local assembly? You advertised the local assemblies as a key way for members to impact Your Party policy and as someone in the Midlands I've had no ability to impact the party.

And it's still possible to take action against discrimination. In the case of healthcare providers they could be medically negligent as well.

I've written up thoughts on what may be helpful for people to do if they experience being discriminated against from NHS services in case it's helpful.
Responding to trans exclusion/segregation in healthcare services
To be clear, trans people are legally worse of as a result of the actions taken by the Supreme Court, the EHRC, and the Government…

No worries, I was fairly sure just wanted to doublecheck as it's ECHR in the original tweet as well. Maybe if we ever get an EHRC fit for purpose we can rename it as well to stop all the mixups!

This is the EHRC, not ECHR right?
