They’ve been really great so far. I originally offered to start after the holidays because I didn’t want to make it weird, but they’ve really gone out of their way to make it NOT weird!

My soon-to-be boss sent me some documents that are (presumably) related to what I’ll be working on, and I can tell I’ll have a lot to learn but it all looks really interesting.

I thought they’d send these in the mail but the DMV guy just had a big filing cabinet full of license plates? I didn’t know they could do that

I had to go to the DMV three separate times, and also go to Highway Patrol because of a weird (now rectified) situation with the VIN.
