The USA has clearly been reading from the history books. The British Empire started with monies earned from "privateers" (ie Pirates) so now the USA has resorted to Piracy in the Caribbean to try to save itself from collapse.

We were due to go to our granddaughters' christmas carols this afternoon but the weather has cancelled that as it was outdoors. Every cloud, though, as I can now stay comfortably (un)dressed for the rest of the day.

I get that you might need clothes to keep warm, or for protection but, if it's not cold and you not performing a task that you need to protect yourself, what exactly is the purpose of clothes? they are uncomfortable and washing them uses energy and puts microplastics into the water.
