Time for bed but I’m not tired as I slept so well last night after falling asleep at my desk and then going to bed, never looked at the time. Got up at 7.30am feeling refreshed and that was all that mattered!

Very weird evening outside - VERY warm at 14Cel (it’s November!!!) and it’s all misty too across the fields. The moon rising and trying to get around the cloud cover. It’s very still too, no breeze at all. The birds singing loudly so lovely … but weird for this time of year in Ireland.

SUN!!!! Though setting but I was out this morning to back while I had coffee, in my wool cardigan and wool scarf as a cold biting wind blowing. So glad to see after weeks of grey gloom and rain.

I got to reset my winter rhythm and see more sunrises, greet the sun, light stove in the office and get some early morning writing hours in as part of my daily routine.
