Aspiring horror writer, horror nerd, introvert.
I made it to Cincinnati a short while ago, and I had an amazing and inspiring conversation with a driver. It reminded me how the Universe works in mysterious ways, and how the path I am now working towards is the right path for myself and my purpose. Now I just gotta wait for the train.

Another new shirt to add to my collection as I’m still celebrating going down a shirt size, and I also now have to replace shirts that are now a size too large for me.

You know what’s great about these shirts, besides having cool designs? They’re a shirt size smaller than what I’ve been used to wearing the last few years. I felt I’ve made enough progress lately to go try a smaller shirt size and they fit like a glove!

Here’s something I’ve become aware of with the books I’ve read so far this year. Back in December, I accepted the fact I was gay and not bisexual, like I had claimed to be for about 8 years.

Will the couch return in Avengers Doomsday or are they saving it for Secret Wars?

I’m surprised the Orange Menace didn’t rename the Gulf of Mexico this.

After taking a long break from Stephen King, in order to branch out and check out other horror authors, I am resuming with The Long Walk.

I finished this book less than a week ago, and I have to say, it really moved me. As I’ve recently come around to accepting the fact that I am gay, reading a book that deals with themes such as self love and self acceptance, with the main character being gay of course, touched me at my core..

Bram Stoker’s Dracula is a near perfect adaptation if you can get past Keanu Reeves’ British accent.

I think I’ve enjoyed my birthday so far

My respect and admiration for Bishop Budde just went even higher. I wish more Christians and people of faith were like her. I walked away from Christianity all the way in 2009 after crossing paths with too many that talked the talk, but didn’t walk the walk.

I consider myself to be Agnostic, however, I greatly admire Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde for her actions the other day. She wasn’t nasty at all with the “President”, and didn’t make the argument about him. She asked that mercy be shown on immigrants and the LGBT community, who are scared right now.
