Also guys, the image edit feature does work on glazed images. Glaze only works on image training. You can post your art as a gif to avoid this feature but its unclear how long that will last.

The platform is stealing your art. It's stealing your writing, your drawings, your voice, and it's feeding all of it to a plagiarism machine while giving you *fake* likes and retweets to keep you addicted to it.

L e a v e. Direct your audiences elsewhere and get off Twitter.

Ready for the influx of new users who come back here for a few weeks every time Twitter does some stupid shit. Hopefully this time they'll learn instead of just giving up.

But at this point if you're an artist and you stay on Twitter with this update, I don't want to hear you complain about GenAI.
Absolutely abhorrent update just rolled out on twitter where you can freely edit any image using AI with the hit of a button that appears in the corner of every image thumbnail now 😂 In case there's an influx of people returning to your feeds for a bit.

It is a contaminant. I've compared AI to digital asbestos or microplastics, it gets everywhere, and I don't think people yet grasp how insidious it is, I've spoken before about how asset libraries are being poisoned with it, how it's often undisclosed on these platforms, devs don't always spot it.

I've spent so much time listening to people talk about how we should've backlashed HARDER about horse armor to prevent the MTX hell timeline we're in. I think now is a similar moment where for every inch we give we will lose 100 miles. Anything less than outright condemnation of Gen AI isn't enough.

Many sources, including journalists have vetted this family. They are legitimately in need of our help.

Lubna and Rami are wonderful parents to their three children. Naser has serious medical problems and requires medication which isn't cheap.

If you can, please help this family in need.

Since the ceasefire took effect, Israeli attacks have killed at least 406 Palestinians and injured 1,118.

When customers choose faster shipping and earlier delivery dates, the system shifts from optimized routing to whatever gets the package out fastest, and that means higher emissions, said Sreedevi Rajagopalan, a research scientist at MIT.
