A: pass them up to the speed limit. if the car is going the speed limit then you don’t need to pass them, because they’re going the speed limit (which is the speed limit)

i recall once being invited to a “casual hang” in lafayette LA so i wore a t shirt dress and sandals and i was dramatically underdressed for the occasion 🤒 meanwhile in dc i feel like if i got invited to something casual w no further details, i would feel fine in jeans, sneakers, and a knit top

impossible to answer without more context for the event! casual could be leggings and a tee, it could be jeans and a nice blouse, i would have to know where/what the event in question is to dress in the appropriate “casual”. source: casual meaning something VERY different in diff regions of the usa
